My Story
Fiona Ratzlaff’s extensive experience in owning and managing businesses across diverse sectors, including the arts, non-profits, marketing, healthcare, retail, IT, and tourism, has equipped her with a profound understanding of the complexities involved in running and operating successful ventures. As the principal of Framework, Contractual COO, and Referral Center, she applies her expertise, curiosity, and entrepreneurial drive to support the growth and vision realization of service and retail for-profit companies, as well as mission-driven nonprofits.
With over 30 years of experience in business management and ownership, Fiona has successfully overseen the operations of multiple retail stores, managed employee claims for a large national healthcare organization, and led marketing and sales initiatives for medical software and IT companies. Additionally, as a co-owner of two optometric companies, she transformed both into profitable, sustainable enterprises.
Originally from Canada and now residing in New Mexico, Fiona lives with her husband and their younger daughter. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors, particularly kayaking or boating.
